My husband cannot get over how soft and machine washable the materials are (unlike some ankara/prints we got from Nigeria)! We've received lots of compliments and people are amazed when they feel the fabric.
I am OBSESSED. My daughter looks so beautiful in this ruffle dress. And she loves to look at the patterns. It is super soft and comfy! I LOVE this business. Love getting my daughter things from here!
I adore Ade + Ayo. As a Ghanian American family we are always looking for ways to bring the African culture into our home. This shop does that for us in a small yet extremely impactful way.
I love your products and the quality and care you put into them! I will definitely be purchasing more and can't wait to see what you come out with next.

Our muslin is just perfect for the littlest ones. But don't take our word for it: "Beautiful, perfect size and weight - we love these so much, no other burp cloth could dream of comparing." - Scotty C.
Ade + Ayo is a dream of mine that was born when I was pregnant with my first baby. As a Nigerian Canadian now living in the United States, I’ve experienced a lot of changes in my life. The smell of Nigerian food, the sound of Nigerian music and the colors and patterns of traditional Nigerian clothing have made everywhere I’ve lived feel like home. My African heritage has been a source of pride and joy for me, and I wanted it to be that for my son as well.
A portion of the proceeds from each sale at Ade + Ayo goes to improve the education gap for little learners. Each quarter, Ade + Ayo will support one organization. Click the link below to read more about the organizations we’ll be contributing to for the next year.
Our carefully designed and curated collections prioritize artisan-crafted pieces, bamboo + organic cotton textiles and eco-friendly practices. You can shop with ease, knowing that our pieces are safe for your baby and with each purchase you’re contributing good to the world around you.
