Shipping policy

We're committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as we can and aim to ship your items within 2-3 business days (except for made-to-order items as indicated in product descriptions). Please allow for variable delivery times based on your selected shipping method. We offer standard shipping for $4.99 on US orders $74.99 and under, and free shipping on US orders over $75. Free shipping offers do not include orders with decor items.

Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we may be able to offer replacements under certain circumstances. Please reach out to us to discuss. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
