Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want our products to bring you joy and are here to help if you are unsatisfied. If you choose to return or exchange an item you've purchased, we accept products in their original packaging (including tags) within 20 days of their arrival date. We only grant a partial refund if the item you are returning is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at hello@adeandayo.com and include your order number in the subject line. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on your packaging. Also, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your original form of payment to be refunded to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank to follow up with them. It can take several days after the refund has been initiated for it to officially post to your account.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we've received the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will have to send the refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
